Marketing and Communication Officer
What is the role key responsibilities and goals?
- Support the crafting of marketing strategies and new programs to drive outstanding results
- Communicate, lead by example, and track the implementation of the marketing and communication programs of BASE
- Prepare project proposals and partners hip agreements,
- Manage Social Media Channels and platform including Community Relations.
- Create written and multi -media content for presentation, social media, website, press releases and marketing collaterals.
- Keep up to date with external trends in digital marketing, networks, and share best practice with Hilt Foundation

- Relevant education (e.g. Marketing, Communication) and proven success in the development and implementation of digital marketing and branding activities
- Passionate about and technical savvy with the latest digital tools

- Team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in an environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Pilipino
